Meet The MiKe Board Members
Zach taught K-5 Music across Michigan schools since 2010. He earned his Master's and Bacehlor's degrees in Music Education from Central Michigan University. Zach completed his Kodaly Certification through Level III through Indiana University with help from OAKE's Jeno Adam Scholarship. He runs the music education resource website, Dynamic Music Room.

Jessica Gonder is the Preschool through 5th Grade Music Educator at Lake City Elementary School in Lake City, MI. At Lake City, Jessica has established several music programs including a Ukulele Club and an Elementary Choir. She is also the director of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church Choir in Cadillac, MI. Jessica is the current President of the Michigan Kodaly Educators (a chapter of OAKE) and a member of MMEA and NafMe. She received her Bachelors in Music Education and Masters in Music Education from Central Michigan University. She has also received her Kodaly Level 1 certification from CMU under the tutelage of Dr. Joy Nelson and Dr. Ashley Allen.

Melissa Stouffer is the music teacher at a small school in Michigan where she teaches preschool through 5th grade general music, elementary choir as well as the middle school band and choir programs which she founded while teaching on a cart. She has a BS in Psychology and BME in Music Education from Central Michigan University and is Kodály Level Two certified. She serves as the MMC Planning Committee representative for the Michigan Music Educators Association. She is a frequent presenter and the creator and author of www.mrsstouffersmusicroom.com.

Teri Martin is a general music teacher with Pontiac Public School School District. She earned degrees in music education and flute performance through Wayne State University. She also studies Band Conducting through the American Band College.
